Narelle founded Kevria with a vision of truly person-centred disability support. With extensive clinical expertise, she leads the team with a deep commitment to co-regulation, quality of life, and empowering individuals to thrive.

Brent leads Kevria with a vision to build an NDIS provider that genuinely puts people first. Drawing on a background in finance, compliance and business leadership, he brings commercial discipline and strategic focus to ensure Kevria can grow sustainably and keep delivering high-quality, person-centred support across Australia.

Elise is a counsellor and registered Behaviour Support Practitioner whose passion for suicide prevention in young people drives much of her advocacy work. She is committed to building systems that support both participants and families at their most vulnerable.

Enhancing Capabilities Lead

Katrina leads Kevria's community access programs with a philosophy that goes beyond simply being present in the community. She works to build genuine capability, confidence, and independence for every participant she supports.

Clinical Coordinator

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Psychology and is furthering her studies in neuroscience. She brings a science-informed lens to behaviour support, helping clients and their teams understand the neurological foundations of behaviour and intervention.

Sharon Fowle

HR & Compliance Coordinator

Sharon plays a key role in shaping Kevria's people, systems and compliance approach, ensuring the organisation operates with integrity and consistency. With a strong background across HR, compliance and disability services, she brings practical insight and structure to support both staff and participants. Her focus is on building a capable workforce, strengthening operational systems and maintaining high standards, so Kevria can deliver safe, person-centred supports while continuing to grow with purpose.

Finance & Admin Officer

Tom is part of Kevria's Finance team, while also supporting our HR & Compliance departments. He graduated from CSU's School of Business with the goal of hybridising his passion for working within community impact organisations with his interests in finance, business and leadership. Tom also enjoys getting involved in Kevria's leadership development opportunities and organising staff learning and development experiences like company Lunch & Learns.

Jess is an empathetic Area Leader at Kevria Clinical Services who enjoys connecting with new clients and building strong, trusting relationships. She works closely with participants, families, and allied health teams to deliver person-centred, meaningful supports that empower individuals to live more independently.

Jacob is our SIL Captain in the Northern Rivers, focused on building strong teams and delivering consistent, high-quality support. He takes a hands-on approach to leadership, with a strong focus on structure, staff development, and team culture. He believes that when staff feel supported and connected, better outcomes follow for our participants.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Education majoring in Special Education from UTS and specialises in supporting autistic children and young adults. She chose Kevria because every behaviour is a message, and everyone deserves to feel understood. Her focus is on gentle, practical support that helps people feel safe, heard, and able to thrive.

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Josh brings lived experience with PTSD and post-concussive syndrome to his PBS practice, drawing on grit and resilience research to support his clients. He is currently completing Honours research at Charles Sturt University on workforce burnout in dementia care.

Growing up in a neurodivergent household, Jasmine has a particular passion for supporting individuals with ASD — especially teenage girls and women who are frequently misdiagnosed or overlooked by traditional diagnostic criteria.

Faith combines her background in education with behaviour support practice, advocating for inclusive learning environments and championing the rights of people with disabilities. She also works to raise awareness of the intersection between disability and domestic violence.

Kayla is passionate about harnessing the evidence-based benefits of nature and environment as tools for regulation and wellbeing. She brings a thoughtful, person-centred approach to supporting clients in both clinical and community settings.

Tegan is passionate about understanding the emotional experiences underlying behaviour — particularly identity loss and grief in people with disabilities. She advocates for inclusive, flexible environments that honour diverse ways of participating in the world.

In a remarkable career change from truck driver to Senior BTA, Bundy brings resilience, adaptability, and genuine warmth to his work. He now mentors and trains other BTAs and runs community events that bring participants and staff together.
